The United Methodist Church of the Resurrection, Leawood, KS, includes approximately 20,000 Flint Hills Gray split limestone blocks, intended to represent the 20,000 members at the time of design. They form the foundation of the church to remind its members that they are “living stones” built into the eternal church.
